30-day returns on eligible items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories.
Under our current return policy, change-of-mind returns have a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. The restocking fee is waived for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and for same-item exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We cover the approved return shipping for these items.

Both sizes have an aluminum-alloy shell, 280 g polyester-cotton fabric and a 2-inch high-density foam mattress. The wider 2 Person + adds 6 inches of width.

Compare the dimensions and weight of your selected size before ordering. Allow room for occupants, bedding, and any belongings you plan to keep inside.
The 4.75-inch measurement refers to the closed tent profile. Your rack, mounting hardware, tent-top crossbars, and any cargo add to your vehicle’s overall height.
Vehicle & Rack Compatibility
Install the Cirrus on a compatible roof rack or truck bed rack approved for rooftop-tent use. Confirm mounting requirements and the vehicle and rack load limits for both driving and occupied use while parked.
Include the tent, mounting equipment, and additional cargo when calculating your travel load. The included tent-top crossbars sit above the tent; they do not replace the vehicle rack required to support it.
Complete Your Cirrus Setup
Add Cirrus insulated walls for an extra interior layer on cooler trips. Select the matching 2 Person or 2 Person + size. Insulated walls are sold separately.
