30-day returns on eligible items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories.
Under our current return policy, change-of-mind returns have a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. The restocking fee is waived for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and for same-item exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We cover the approved return shipping for these items.

Inside, mesh openings encourage airflow, and thirteen storage pockets give smaller essentials a place of their own. The aluminum hard shell protects the packed tent between destinations.

- Sleeping space for two adults and one child: The supplier describes a 2–3-person capacity. Actual comfort depends on occupants’ sizes and belongings stored inside.

- Mesh ventilation: Allows fresh air to circulate while helping keep insects outside when the mesh is closed.

Vehicle & Rack Compatibility
Before ordering, verify the tent’s weight, mounting requirements, and compatibility with your exact vehicle and rack.
Check load limits for both driving and occupied use while parked. Include the tent, mounting equipment, and any cargo when calculating the travel load. The exterior luggage racks do not replace the vehicle rack required to support the tent.
The supplier lists a 660 lb tent load capacity. Confirm what this rating includes and follow the lowest applicable limit across the tent, vehicle, and rack.
Care Between Adventures
Follow the manufacturer’s installation and setup instructions, secure the awning as directed, and maintain ventilation during use. Dry the fabric thoroughly before extended storage.
Plan your complete setup: The vehicle, vehicle support rack, portable air conditioner, power source, rooftop cargo and camp furniture shown in photographs are not included. The tent-top luggage racks do not replace the vehicle rack that supports the tent.
Model-specific instructions
The exact Plus-model installation manual and net mounted weight still require supplier confirmation. Before ordering, contact support@venturexochil.com for the matching manual, mounting-kit dimensions, permitted crossbar spacing and separate driving/parked load limits. Explorer Pro, Adventurer Pro and Voyager instructions should not be substituted for the Plus model. A quoted tent load rating does not establish your vehicle or rack capacity.
