30-day returns on eligible items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories.
Under our current return policy, change-of-mind returns have a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. The restocking fee is waived for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and for same-item exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We cover the approved return shipping for these items.

Setup and operating instructions
Use the pressure specified for your inflatable’s individual chamber—not the pump’s 16 PSI maximum. Check the valve adapter and 12V power connection before use.

Documented Package
The EP-T16 manual lists the pump with 12V DC plug, inflation hose and nozzle/adapter, battery-clamp connection lead and user manual. This is an externally powered 12V pump; no rechargeable battery or wall charger is included.
Operating Limits
Stay with the pump while it runs. The manual limits continuous operation to 15 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of cooling. Keep the pump and electrical connections dry. Its factory pressure setting is 10 PSI, so check and reset the target to your boat’s individual chamber rating before every use.
