30-day returns on eligible items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories.
Under our current return policy, change-of-mind returns have a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. The restocking fee is waived for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and for same-item exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We cover the approved return shipping for these items.

Vehicle & Rack Compatibility
Confirm your vehicle and rack can support the selected tent, mounting equipment, and any additional cargo while driving. Also verify the parked load capacity for the tent, occupants, and gear.
Check mounting requirements before ordering. The included tent-top crossbars do not replace the vehicle rack needed to support the tent.
