30-day returns on eligible items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories.
Under our current return policy, change-of-mind returns have a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. The restocking fee is waived for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and for same-item exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We cover the approved return shipping for these items.

Included & Required Equipment
Includes one 200W folding solar panel with integrated stands and attached leads, plus a user guide. A power station and its system-specific connection cable are sold separately.
Confirm your power station’s solar input voltage, current limits and connector requirements before connecting. This MC4 panel needs compatible solar-charge-control equipment; it does not charge a phone or laptop directly through USB.
Solar Performance
Angle the panel toward direct sun and avoid shading. Actual output changes with sunlight, angle, temperature and the connected system. The panel generates electricity but does not store it. Follow the manual’s dry-location instructions, keep connections dry and store indoors after use.

Placement: These portable modules are not intended for permanent rooftop or utility-scale installation. Their DC output is unregulated and must connect to suitable solar-charge-control equipment. The manual requires a dry location and indoor storage even though its specification table lists IP67.
