30-day returns on eligible items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories.
Under our current return policy, change-of-mind returns have a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. The restocking fee is waived for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and for same-item exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We cover the approved return shipping for these items.

What’s Included
One 400W folding solar panel, three steel stands, three ground stakes, a carrying handle with spring clips, storage bag and user guide. A power station and system-specific connection cable are sold separately.
Match It to Your Station
Check the receiving system’s allowed voltage, current and connector configuration before ordering. MC4 connectors alone do not establish compatibility. Use the connection cable specified for your exact power station; this is not a universal replacement for older Nature’s Generator panels.
The panel generates DC electricity and does not store energy or directly power AC appliances. Output changes with sunlight, shade, angle and temperature. Follow the manual’s dry-location instructions, keep connections dry and store indoors after use.

Placement: These portable modules are not intended for permanent rooftop or utility-scale installation. Their DC output is unregulated and must connect to suitable solar-charge-control equipment. The manual requires a dry location and indoor storage even though its specification table lists IP67.
