30-day returns on eligible items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories.
Under our current return policy, change-of-mind returns have a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. The restocking fee is waived for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and for same-item exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We cover the approved return shipping for these items.

Build an expandable indoor backup system with the Nature’s Generator L3600 Power Station. Its 3,072Wh LiFePO₄ battery stores energy for compatible plug-in appliances, lights, electronics and tools when utility power is unavailable.
Output & Charging
- 3,600W total continuous AC output: Five 120V, 60Hz outlets share the station’s continuous rating; up to 7,200W peak output supports brief startup loads.
- USB and DC connections: Includes USB-C output up to 100W per port, USB-A and 12V connections.
- Multiple charging methods: AC charging and compatible solar or wind equipment; solar input supports up to 2,400W within the prescribed electrical limits.
- Expandable storage: A matching L3600 Power Pod adds battery capacity without increasing continuous AC output.

Size & Placement
The station measures approximately 18.5 × 14 × 17.6 inches and weighs 97 lb (44 kg). An added Power Pod weighs approximately 84 lb; plan lifting and floor space accordingly.
The manufacturer’s manual specifies indoor use only, with a dry location and at least 20 inches of clearance on every side. Keep the station indoors even when charging from solar panels outside. Follow the manual for installation, cable routing and ventilation.
Check equipment voltage, running power and startup demand. Runtime depends on connected loads and operating conditions. A single station supplies 120V; 240V expansion requires additional compatible equipment, not just a battery Pod.

Setup & Warranty Documents
The L3600 operating manual includes connection diagrams, temperature limits, maintenance and the manufacturer’s limited-warranty conditions. Keep proof of purchase and register the unit as directed. A transfer-switch connection requires the correct equipment and installation procedure.
